Root Cause:

Sprite registers are double buffered, however the sprite watermark register is not. Therefore, when we receive sprite off notification and we disable sprite watermark, there is a chance that sprite watermark will be disabled when sprite is still enabled. The fix is to wait for vblank before disabling sprite watermarks.
